You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Eden's Crown $50+ International Rate Fee covers only the importation of your order into your country.

Eden's Crown will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% human hair the color will range between a natural #1B (off black) and #2 (natural brown).

Due to the unique nature of human hair, you will see slight differences amongst each bundle. This means that Eden's Crown cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same.
Since our products are not processed or colored, our bundles come only in the natural shades of #1B (off black) & #2 (natural brown). We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is collected from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Credit card fraud + theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account, it will not confirm. All domestic orders are subject to a $20 flat shipping rate. All International orders are subject to a $50+ flat shipping rate.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your packagae to be delivered (domestic) and 6-10 business days (international). Eden's Crown ships packages Tuesday-Friday. You will receive tracking information via e-mail once your package is dispatched.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to update on the USPS website.
Please ensure that your contact information (physical address, Apt, Unit, Suite #, email address, & phone number) are correct.
If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a replacement is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order altogether, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. Please be sure to check your spam folders for shipping information. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the primary cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included ALL of the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. **We cannot change shipping addresses once orders are placed. Please note if your order is returned to us we will re-ship your order once it has been returned at your expense. Eden’s Crown will not be responsible for returned packages due to inaccurate shipping information.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not have any way to give special delivery instructions to the USPS delivery person. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, or it has been lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This inquiry can take up to 8-10 business days. However, we cannot control how long it may take.

Eden’s Crown takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Customer satisfaction is crucial to our business. We thoroughly inspect all hair to ensure consistency and quality before shipment. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, we offer the flexibility of an exchange not including the applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair, without cutting the zip ties or opening the bundles to ensure satisfaction with the product.
If you would like to exchange your product, you must submit an email to our customer service department support@edenscrown.com within 3 business days from delivery.
The hair must remain in the bundle and not be unraveled at the top.The hair must be in its original packaging.Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt to inspect.The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and insurance to protect your package.Please do not send unofficial returns. Merchandise sent to us without authorization cannot be tracked and may be lost. We assume no liability for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
